What is a user?

Users are members of your team that log into Enchant and answer customer questions. Your customers never have to log into Enchant.

Does the pricing include multiple inboxes?

Yes, you can create multiple inboxes, knowledge bases and messengers. For all your brands, departments or languages.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard & American Express).

How does the trial work?

Your team tries out Enchant commitment free for 30 days. You can activate your account at any time during the trial. If you chose not to, your account will automatically be closed when the trial expires.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

Nope! Enchant is billed monthly based on the number of users on your account. You can add or remove users at any time.
