It can also train on past conversations with your customers, which enables Enchant AI to gather all sorts of insights without any extra effort on your part.

To use ChatGPT based AI features for your communications, simply enable Enchant AI from the billing tab on the settings page.
After enabling the Enchant AI add-on, you will be able to add AI Source for knowledge base and past conversations from the Inbox settings page. Once the sources are added, Enchant AI will begin learning about relevant topics like policies or product details.
Your team can then start using the AI Writer button, which will use the trained ChatGPT model to generate responses.
